Administrative history: The Wheat Pool Royal Commission inquired into charges against Manitoba Pool Elevators Ltd. The Commissioner was E. K. Williams. The charges were set out in a letter written by James R. Murray to the Premier of Manitoba on March 10, 1931.

Custodial history: The fonds was donated to University of Manitoba Archives & Special Collections by Paul Earl in 2003.

Scope and content: The fonds consists of 25 volumes of evidence and the Grain Trade News clippings pertaining to the Wheat Pool Royal Commission.
