SummaryThis tool is designed to screen young children for developmental delays - that is, to identify those children who are in need of further evaluation and those who appear to be developing typically. The ASQ-3 has 21 questionnaires to use to assist with the screening and monitoring of children with possible developmental delays from 1 month to 5 1/2 years of age.
