Portable tactual performance test

Summary: A portable version of the Tactual performance test. Test subject is blindfolded and attempts to place each geometric shape in its corresponding form on the form board, as quickly as possible, in three trial sessions. 
Format: Paper and Pencil, 6 and 10 Hole Boards
