The Management Library has 12 public computer terminals. Each computer is equipped with Microsoft Office 2010: Access, Excel, OneNote, Picture Manager, PowerPoint, Publisher, SharePoint Workspace, and Word.
Items available for loan through the reserve kiosk:
3 – Calculators – 4 hour loan
4 – LCD monitor cables: 2 MVGA; 2 HDMI – 3 hour loan *library use only
Overdue fines will be charged if items are not returned on time: $0.50/hour per item, accumulating to a maximum of $50.00.
A replacement charge will be assessed for any damage or loss.
Our library is equipped with:
1 scanner
1 black/white printer
1 colour printer
1 black/white photocopier
Black/white copies - $0.20/double-sided page.
Colour copies - $1.00/page.
The photocopiers and printers accept a UM student/staff card or a Libraries copy card. Note: The library does not accept printing credits that are given to the Asper students.
There is a 'value adding' machine in the library for you to put money on your library card.

The Management Library staff want you to be comfortable while studying and working in our beautiful space. We also want to ensure that all library patrons are able to study in a clean and welcoming environment. We understand that sometimes food and drink play a role in studying and learning. In order to keep our space beautiful, please observe the following guidelines.

Self-serve course reserves kiosks are available in Drake Centre, Education Building, Engineering & Information Technology Complex (EITC 3), Agriculture Building, Sciences & Technology Library, St. Paul's College, and Law Library.
Terms of use
Students have access to course reserves as long as the building housing the kiosk is open.
Course reserves must be returned to the same kiosk or desk they were borrowed from.

Database training on specific business tools, i.e. ABI/INFORM Complete, Mergent Online
Specialized software workshops, i.e. ArcGIS
Introductory library workshops for new MBAs and Asper international students
Please note: this list is not exhaustive. We are willing to work with you to come up with a plan that meets your needs.
We also encourage you to contact us with any recommendations for library materials.
We are happy to provide Asper undergraduate and graduate students with research support.
Research assistance is available in-person during office hours or you can book an appointment for an individual or group consultation.
Evening research support is also available upon request during fall and winter terms.
