Group Study Rooms

Dafoe has three study rooms available to students. They can be booked in advance for up to two hours using our online booking manager. You will need to login with you UMnet ID to reserve and swipe your student card to access the room. Additional spaces ideal for group study are located in the Reference Room on the main floor of Dafoe near the Starbucks. 

Quiet Study Spaces

The second and third floors of Dafoe are designated quiet study areas. There are several study carrels with power outlets located on the second floor Mezzanine. Additional large tables and quiet study carrels are located throughout the second and third floor for your convenience. 

Grad Student Study Carrels

University of Manitoba graduate students can apply to reserve a private study carrel. Dafoe has two study carrel rooms, located on the second and third floors. The second floor carrels offers a quiet study area with 30 assigned lockers available are designated for Masters students:
