The UML began offering a scanning service on June 17th to provide "access" to material in our physical collections, with some staff on campus in rotations to provide support for retrieving and scanning.
We’ll scan it for you! is a guide for the UM community to request material for scanning and specifies the details of what can be requested and instructions for making a request.
Document Delivery / ILL
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the University of Manitoba Libraries will be temporarily suspending the lending and borrowing of physical materials effective immediately. We will not be returning any materials we presently have on loan and ask that materials not be sent back to us at this time. Any loans currently out are being automatically renewed by doc del staff.
Staff will be working from home to process requests for electronic resources only. Our turnaround time may be slower than usual.
Any questions should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org and not to individual staff members.
With the hold function tuned off in Primo, this means no one will be allowed to place holds on any of the print material.

Citing (MLA, APA, CSE)
"If any of you get difficult citing & referencing questions that normally you would look at the manual for, you have the option of forwarding those questions to me as I have taken home print copies of the MLA handbook, APA 6th and 7th editions, and the Council of Scientific Editors (CSE) manual."
