Printing FAQs

  1. What do I need to print from a library computer? 
    A student card or library print card with money on it.

  2. What does it cost? 
    $0.10/page for b & w; $1/page for colour.

  3. Which printer do I use? 
    Library computers default to b & w printers. Some libraries have colour printers. Not sure which one to use? Ask a staff member for help.

  4. I forgot my student card, can I still print?
    Yes! Ask for a library print card.

  5. How do I put money on my card? 
    Use a value adding machine in the library.

  6. Are there refunds on print credits? 

  7. I saved a document on my USB, can I print it? 
    Yes! Open the file on a library computer and send it to the printer.

  8. Can I print different size pages? 
    Some libraries offer different sizes, like legal size. Ask a staff member to find out for sure.
