The Lean Library browser extension team has resolved the following bug:

Google Chrome user institution deselection
This bug impacted some, but not all, users of the Google Chrome Lean Library extension by deselecting/forgetting which institution the user is linked to, making the extension inactive. This bug has been fixed as quickly as possible. 

If you were impacted by this bug, please follow the below steps to ensure your institution is now correctly selected on the Lean Library extension.
