Effective Friday, July 26, 2024, starting at 11:00 AM (CDT), there will be an Ovid release to enhance platform security. Ovid will be limiting the file types that users can upload to My Projects. The list of permitted file types will include:
.csv, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .mov, .avi, .m4v, .mkv, .mp3, .mp4, .mpg, .wmv, .ris, .ovd, .xml, .pdf, .txt, .jpg, .png, .tif, .gif

Beginning Friday, July 26, 2024, EBSCO will be performing scheduled maintenance on the backend systems that manage processes, including EBSCO database and catalog updates.
During this scheduled maintenance, patron/end user access to EBSCO interfaces and databases will not be affected. The full duration of the maintenance may last up to 10 days. Here are the EBSCO products and services that will be impacted:
The CAB Abstracts database is being reloaded to implement the new full set of data. Ovid expects it to be live on Tuesday, July 23, 2024. Alerts will run on Monday, July 22, 2024, prior to the reload.
