Graphic reading: We want your feedback

Dear WRHA Virtual Library members,
 
Thank you for your patience during the transition to the Virtual Library platform. We have heard your feedback, and we’re working to improve our services. In order to make sure that the changes we make are effective, we are seeking volunteers to provide feedback on our new search interface.
 
We will be running usability tests beginning August 6th. Each test will take approximately thirty minutes. You will be asked to try to accomplish library tasks typical for WRHA staff, such as searching for journal articles, and talk about your impressions of the services as you go. Appointments can be held at either the Neil John Maclean Health Sciences Library, or, depending on the location, we may be able to conduct the appointment in your office. There will be a small research incentive provided, to thank you for your insights.
