Two issues are being reported:
1. Patrons using staff/student number instead of 14-digit number.
2. Password not working. Ask them to try entering it in caps to see if that works before resetting.
If neither fix works, reset the password.

How to find a patron by name:
Enter last name, followed by first name. NO COMMA.
Do not press enter immediately, wait a second for Alma to search. Select the appropriate line if more than one record is found.
