Administrative history: The Students Representative Council of the University of Manitoba was formed as a medium of communication between students of the university, the university authorities, and the public.  It was intended to deal with matters that affect students of the university, to promote university spirit among the students of the university, and to act as a Court of Appeal in any matter affecting university organizations among the students.

Scope and content: The fonds consists of page one, two, and four of the Students Representative Council of the University of Manitoba's constitution. At least one page is missing from the constitution.
