Biographical sketch: Linda Morra was a Ph.D. candidate and a member of the part-time faculty in the English Department at the University of Ottawa in 1999.

Custodial history: Linda Morra donated this paper to University of Manitoba Archives & Special Collections in 2000 in acknowledgment of the Hamilton Research Grant awarded to her by the Archives.

Scope and content: The fonds consists of Linda Morra's paper entitled The Representation of French-Canadians in Ralph Connor, The Man from Glengarry. The paper is in part based on research conducted by Linda Morra, with the support of a University of Manitoba Archives & Special Collections Hamilton Research Grant, during the summer of 1999. The paper was presented to the Association for Canadian Studies in the United States (ACSUS), in Pittsburgh, on November 19, 1999.
