This free database offers digitized copies of parliamentary publications from the 1st Session of the 1st Parliament (1867) until online coverage commenced at ourcommons.ca and sencanada.ca. The database includes debates, journals, committee documentation and bills of the Senate and the House of Commons, the Senate Minutes of Proceedings, the Rules of the Senate, the House of Commons Votes and Proceedings, and the Standing Orders of the House of Commons. Historical sessional papers are also available from 1867 to 1901.
Centre for Constitutional Studies
Out of the University of Alberta, the Centre was created as a forum for research and public education in Canada about our Constitution. It publishes two journals, including Constitutional Forum, which is available for free on the website.
