Online Payment

Individuals can pay for their digitization fee online. 


Debit & Credit Cards

U of M Libraries accept debit and credit cards, excluding American Express. 




FOAP & PDA Accounts

U of M staff members can use their FOAP or PDA accounts to pay for digitization fees. Please provide the account number to



Cash & Cheques

U of M Libraries will not accept any cash and cheques. 





University of Manitoba Students and Faculty 

If you are a University of Manitoba student or faculty member please go to The link provides instructions on how to pay for your digitization fee online. The steps to pay for your digitization fee are the same as paying for a libraries fine on your UMNetID account. 



External Clients

External clients who do not have a UMNetID account can go to the U of M Libraries website and pay the digitization fee online. External clients will receive online payment instructions along with their invoice via email.
