Think tanks, policy institutes and research institutes are organizations that produce policy-oriented research on a range of topics including domestic and international economic issues. The research produced can help inform decisions about public policy.

What are working papers?
Working papers are pre-publication versions of scholarly works including articles, book chapters, reports or reviews. These would not be considered peer-reviewed, and only some working papers will continue on to formal publication. These are helpful for identifying recent and upcoming research in economics.
